Due to the perishable nature of our salted egg snacks, we prioritize food safety and quality control above all else. While we do not accept returns on food items, we are committed to providing a replacement or refund for any products that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Please check your snack packages immediately upon arrival for any signs of transit damage or compromised seals.

    Document the Issue

    Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the batch number located on the back of the snack pouch.

  • 3.
    Contact Support

    Email our team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos you captured.

  • 4.
    Resolution Processing

    Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement batch at no extra cost.
